1. Digital service

Because digital access can be consumed quickly, refund requests based on dissatisfaction with search engine outcomes are generally not granted. Search engines operate independently and results are not guaranteed.

3. How to request a refund

Email us using the contact email listed on the Contact page (or your receipt instructions) within fourteen (14) days of the charge, unless a longer period is required by law. Include your account email, transaction ID, date of purchase, and a brief explanation.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations and renewals

If your plan renews automatically, you are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Where cancellation stops future billing, past billing periods are generally non-refundable except as stated above or where required by law.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues. Abusive chargebacks may result in account closure.
